1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://inboxstream.co or using any InboxStream service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
InboxStream provides a subscription package that includes:
CRM software with multichannel inbox (SMS, WhatsApp, email), calendar, dialer, and website builder.
Voice AI integration for inbound call handling (implementation included).
Setup of automations for review and referral collection.
Optional website creation/update (on a supported domain you own).
A detailed list is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice.
3. Account and Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Free Setup & Demo
We offer a free, no-obligation setup and demo. You are under no payment obligation until you approve the demo and receive an invoice. If you are not satisfied after the demo, you may walk away without charge.
5. Subscription & Payments
Subscription Fee: The monthly subscription fee for the Service is the amount displayed on our pricing or offer page at the time you subscribe. That amount is the legally binding price for your subscription period. We may change our pricing for new subscribers at any time; existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes at least [30] days in advance, and the new price will apply from the next billing cycle onward.
Usage Allowance & Overage: The number of included inbound Voice AI minutes (and any other usage allowances) and any overage rates (e.g., per-minute charges beyond the included minutes) are as specified on the website on the day you subscribe. Any overage fees will be added to your next invoice.
Invoicing & Payment: We will issue an invoice upon your acceptance of the setup demo. Payment is due within [3] business days of the invoice date. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the Service. We accept payment via bank transfer, Payoneer, or other methods specified on the invoice.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months, but you will retain access until the paid period expires.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content you upload (customer lists, messages, call scripts) and for complying with all applicable laws (including anti-spam and telemarketing regulations).
When using Voice AI, you must ensure that callers are informed that they are speaking with an AI, as required by law in many jurisdictions.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or harassing purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
Underlying Platform: The CRM, voice, and automation platform used to deliver the Service is powered by third-party software (GoHighLevel) and is used under license. We do not claim ownership of the CRM platform. You receive a sub-license to access and use it as part of your subscription, subject to the platform's own acceptable use policies.
InboxStream IP: We own all custom configurations, workflows, automations, templates, scripts, implementation blueprints, and the unique "turnkey service" package we build specifically for your auto shop. These proprietary elements are provided as part of our consulting and setup service and may not be resold, redistributed, or reverse-engineered.
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all customer data, contact lists, messages, call recordings, and content you input or store within the CRM. We get a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you (hosting, transmitting, and displaying it).
Website: If we build or update a website for you, the design, copy, and layout we create for your specific business are yours, provided your account remains in good standing. You are responsible for owning and renewing your domain name separately.
8. No Performance Guarantees
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, customers, or revenue. The Service is a tool to help you collect reviews, manage communications, and never miss calls. Results depend on many factors beyond our control. You accept that you subscribe at your own calculated risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InboxStream from any claims resulting from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms, including claims from your customers.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that harms our systems or reputation. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your CRM data available for export for a limited time upon request.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Pakistan]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Lahore, Pakistan].
